Our story.

It all started with a roadside breakdown… As if 2020 wasn’t hard enough!  Three days from Christmas and a busy time at Café Sidra Belinda & Anthony were stranded on the Western Highway high in the Pentland Hills!
Now for those of you who believe in fate, faith or chaos this was a moment in time that could not be repeated. Literally seconds after Anthony uttered the words, “ Let’s just sit down here, surely someone will recognise us!” a chance meeting occurred.
Enter Sue and Jeremy who stopped and offered us help. Beautiful people with an incredibly kind gesture in our hour of need. Not only did these two good Samaritans give us a lift back to town but they also had an idea that they thought would be perfect for us when the time was right. The idea was a converted 1970 Airstream that was currently sitting in their back yard and the time was in the midst of a global pandemic when the world couldn’t be a stranger place to live, what does one say to such ideas?

Yes, let’s do it!

And Little Sid was born.
